Tighter Vagina- What A Tighter Vagina Helps Prevent & Cure
When women have children, their vaginal muscles are stretched quite a bit. In fact, when pregnant, the muscles that support the uterus become very slack. This is because the weight of the uterus increases by about thirty times as a result of a child developing in the womb. After you give birth, this muscle, as well as other pelvic floor muscles, are very stretched. Many women, as a result, find that they have very little sensation during sex, and they want to get it back, but aren’t quite sure how.
In this instance you are best off doing pelvic floor exercises. Now, these are often referred to as Kegel exercises, among other things. Doing vaginal exercises will help you get a tighter vagina. It works every time. You’re simply reconditioning the muscles in the vagina and in the rest of the pelvic floor. That is, you’re simply working them out. A tighter vagina results 100% of the time. But what if you don’t get a tighter vagina after having a child?
- Uterine Prolapse
This is a scary condition when the uterus actually falls into the vaginal canal because the muscle that supports it can no longer do so. Many women actually don’t know that they have this condition in the early stages, and it’s usually discovered during a routine check-up. As the condition progresses, however, it becomes more apparent. In the worst stages, you can actually see the uterus and cervix from the outside of the vaginal opening.
Stress Urinary Incontinence
Another muscle supports the urethra. As you can imagine, this muscle needs to be strong enough to support the urethra when it is stressed. In other words, when you cough, sneeze, or laugh, this muscle must keep the urethra upright as to prevent urine from leaking. However, many women suffer when this muscle becomes too weak. They will leak urine as a result. This is embarrassing, and reduces one’s quality of life substantially.
How do I prevent this? Get a tighter vagina by doing the appropriate vaginal exercises. They will make all of your vaginal muscles much stronger in a relatively short period of time.
